In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "939bit", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 939bit platform as identified in the licensing documentation, operating the website at 939bit.net and all associated mobile and application interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the 939bit platform.
• "Platform" means the 939bit website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and account services accessible via those interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player upon successful registration with 939bit.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by a Player and held in their 939bit account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds (or a combination of deposit and bonus funds) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 939bit account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 939bit. By completing the registration process or by using any service offered by 939bit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

939bit reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use 939bit. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 939bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, during account activity, and prior to processing any withdrawal.

Accounts determined to have been opened by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds held in such accounts, including both deposited Real Money Balances and any Bonus Balances, will be voided. 939bit accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage players.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 939bit account only. Accounts are non-transferable. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or via shared household use — is a breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Forfeiture of all Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances across all associated accounts;
• Withholding of withdrawals pending investigation; and
• A permanent ban from the 939bit platform.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any registered details change. 939bit accepts no liability for account access issues, missed communications, or payment delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

939bit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as required under its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification — prior to your first withdrawal or at any point during your account relationship with 939bit. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 939bit will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 939bit login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your 939bit account while authenticated with your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.

You must notify 939bit immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 939bit will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation. 939bit accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

939bit accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. 939bit does not accept cash deposits. All deposits and withdrawals must be made via payment methods registered in the Player's own name — third-party payment methods are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your 939bit account.

5.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your 939bit Real Money Balance within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 hours during normal banking hours. 939bit is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider systems outside our control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion before first processing. Verified accounts can expect the following processing times:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 8 to 15 minutes from approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Same business day, subject to banking hours

939bit reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion. During such checks, withdrawals may be temporarily held for up to 48 hours. Players will be notified of any hold and the information required to resolve it.

5.5 No Fees on Transactions

939bit does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks) may apply their own charges independent of 939bit. These third-party charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.6 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from Bonus Balances are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable bonus offer terms. Until Wagering Requirements are fully met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn. Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus offers, where specified, apply to the total amount withdrawable, not the amount per transaction.

All bonus offers and promotions available at 939bit are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply to all 939bit promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses will forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds will be used before Real Money Balance in all wagers unless the Cashier explicitly permits otherwise.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal of Real Money Balance before Wagering Requirements on an active Bonus Balance are met, 939bit reserves the right to remove the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus offers are time-limited. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically without compensation.
• 939bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Game contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution schedule for each game category is available in the bonus terms applicable to the specific offer.

All casino games available at 939bit — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant win games — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game environment. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for matters specific to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail for matters relating to account policy, payments, and conduct.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All RNG-based game outcomes at 939bit are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted in regulated studio environments. 939bit accepts no responsibility for Player decisions made during gameplay, including decisions to hit, stand, hold, or spin.

7.2 Malfunction & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error, or server interruption during active gameplay, 939bit reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's balance. Wins resulting from demonstrable software errors or malfunctions are void and will not be honoured. Players who believe a game malfunction has occurred should contact 939bit support immediately and refrain from further play on the affected game pending resolution.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and in the Cashier section of your 939bit account. These limits apply per round or per event. 939bit reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Sports betting at 939bit, including PSL cricket betting, Pakistan international fixtures, UFC, and all other offered markets, is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated at the time of bet placement:

• All bets are accepted at 939bit's prevailing odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active for that market.
• 939bit reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been priced in error, including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human or technical error.
• Bets on events abandoned before the minimum completion threshold for that sport (as defined in 939bit's sport-specific rules) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at 939bit's discretion. Bets placed on already-completed events due to data feed delays are void.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are available in the Sports Betting section of the 939bit platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 939bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from 939bit:

• Underage gambling: Using the 939bit platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one 939bit account for any purpose;
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods not registered in your own name, using stolen card or account details, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks;
• Collusion: Coordinating gameplay or bet placement with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the 939bit platform;
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets at 939bit solely to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences in odds across platforms;
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, game errors, or incorrectly displayed odds;
• Money laundering: Using 939bit for any money laundering purpose or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification.

939bit is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from your Account Settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR loss caps;
• Session timers: Maximum session duration with automatic logout;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary or permanent account exclusion from all 939bit services.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, 939bit will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking new account registrations using the same identity. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set. Players wishing to extend a self-exclusion period at any time may do so by contacting 939bit support.

All content on the 939bit Platform — including but not limited to the 939bit name and logo, game graphics, promotional materials, website design, software interfaces, and text content — is the intellectual property of 939bit or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 939bit content without the express prior written consent of 939bit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939bit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gameplay decisions or wagering outcomes;
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical incidents;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Interruption of internet connectivity or mobile network service affecting Platform access.

Nothing in these Terms limits 939bit's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

939bit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification unless otherwise specified or required by law. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your account, at which point any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable pending withdrawal conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939bit's international gaming licence is held. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 939bit Platform, you agree to first contact 939bit's support team to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of 939bit's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 939bit reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
